[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.19 is released

I followed the instructions for upgrading to 2.19, starting from 2.16, and now I see
in my mail logs with every message:

Aug 25 02:57:04 sidebone mimedefang.pl[3243]: COMMANDS file from mimedefang did not
terminate with 'F' -- check disk space in spool directory

There is plenty of space in the spool directory, over 20Gb, as there was before the
upgrade.

I'm running with sendmail 8.12.5 under RedHat 6.2.

Any ideas?
