Don't use spamd/spamc.

Use the built-in SpamAssassin functions that are part of MIMEDefang.
And for info on setting up the multiplexor, see the example script
examples/init-script.  This is a generic script for most UNIXes
which starts up MIMEDefang and the multiplexor.
