[Mimedefang] MIMEdefang and spamc/spamd

It shouldn't be any faster, should it?  mimedefang.pl stays running,
so unless SpamAssassin re-reads the rules each time it is invoked,
you won't gain anything by using spamd.  On the other hand, if SA *does*
reread the rules, then I'll have to figure out how to make it not do that. :-)
