Darn.
OK, please try 2.9-Beta-2. It's at:
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/mimedefang-2.9-BETA-2.tar.gz
PLEASE READ the rest of this e-mail before installing!
1) You need to obtain a fresh copy of MIME-Tools 5.411a and patch it with
an updated patch which is included in the 2.9 Beta 2 tar file. The official
version of MIME-Tools does not understand RFC 2231 encodings. See
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2231.txt for details. This is such a serious
deficiency that I will fork MIME-Tools if the author does not accept the
patch for inclusion in the offical release. The patched MIME-Tools should
pass all regression tests.
2) There is a new "-k" option to mimedefang (not mimdefang-multiplexor) which
causes it to keep spool files if the filter fails. If you could run for
a while with the "-k" option, any more timeouts should result in the
message being preserved. Please tar/gzip the message and send it to me
for analysis.
3) A highly improbable (but nevertheless possible) race condition in the
multiplexor was fixed.
Regards,
David.
