[Mimedefang] URGENT: Apply the MIME-Tools patch NOW.

This is not what is indicated in the 2.8 readme.  The directory
is MIME-tools-5.411.



Also the location of the mime-tools-patch.txt file is in the
> mimedefnag-2.8 source directory, not /tmp.

I move the mime-tools-patch.txt file to /tmp since my location for
the MIME tools in not in the same root path as the source location for
MIME-tools.
