[Mimedefang] URGENT: Apply the MIME-Tools patch NOW.

Ray, you need to be in the mimedefang directory when patching the MIME-tools
source.  Also the location of the mime-tools-patch.txt file is in the
mimedefnag-2.8 source directory, not /tmp.
