[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.7 - some assistance

i have tested 2.7 and it works great - thanx to david

but i need some support. i want to accept all e-mails 
with some specific extensions ( for example rtf,doc,xls, ... ) 
and all others should be qurantined. of course, plane 
e-mails without attachement should also pass. 

is this possible with this release ?
as i see, "sub filter" is called once for each part, so 
the last statement must "return action_accept" 
otherwise plane e-mails couln't pass. 

maybe somebody of you perl gurus can give me well advice.
