[Mimedefang] File::Scan

Close on the patch.. :)

I tried to apply it to the mimedefang-2.6 installation, but, after 
tweaking the unified diff to properly apply, it barfed on 4 chunks.

Hopefully, David will integrate it into MD 2.7...
