[Mimedefang] mimedefang 2.5 with Sendmail 8.12.3

Thanks for the reply David.  I had already gotten the Libmilter compiled for
mimedefang and recompiled, however I also think that this should included in
the install document, if it already is then make it stronger!

Finally, I discussed yet another typo in the mimedefang-filter transitioning
from 2.2 to 2.5.  My problem was I used the documented
message_contains_virus and entity_contains_virus subroutines.  I actually
felt that this was an exceptionally configurable feature for MIMEDefang.
Will you consider a Plea to re-instate it?
