Be careful; the Sendmail 8.12.3 release notes indicated a change in
milter which require the sendmail binary and the milters to be compiled
against the same libmilter.

I have Sendmail 8.12.3 and MIMEDefang 2.6 (actually, 2.7-pre) working
on this mail server, and haven't noticed any problems.
