[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang on NetBSD

I know that when I compiled and installed sendmail, for some reason it
didn't properly install the library files, so I had to change to the
libsmdb and libsmutil directories and run a `sh Build ; sh Build install`
and then it worked for me.
