[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.2 Beta 3 is out - Recommended!

Hi,

I have released MIMEDefang 2.2 Beta 3, which I hope will be the last
beta before the official 2.2 release.  This release has a number of important
new features:

1) Functions add_recipient and delete_recipient can add/delete envelope
recipients to the message (they correspond directly to the Milter
smfi_addrcpt and smfi_delrcpt functions.)

2) Anything the Perl filter sends to stderr gets logged to syslog with
log level "debug" and the prefix "Perl stderr:" This should help track
down problems with filters or Perl modules.  I have NOT tested this in
non-multiplexor mode; in that mode, it might log a lot of stuff
because my default Perl (Red Hat 7.2) prints error messages about
redefined functions each time it starts up.
